Mystery Photo Contest

One lucky winner will be drawn from the entries that correctly identify the name/place and approximate location of this historic landmark. Any member who identifies the mystery photo by the Friday, September 3 deadline will be entered in a drawing for a $25 bill credit for electricity from Firelands Electric Cooperative.

Congratulations to Firelands’ mystery photo contest winners!

Jerry Bernhardt of Hoover Road, Mansfield was drawn as the second-quarter 2010 mystery photo winner, and received a $25 July bill credit for electricity from the cooperative. Jerry was one of 55 entries who correctly identified Firelands’ second-quarter photo as the historic Marblehead Lighthouse, located in Marblehead, Ohio.



 

 

 

 

Robert White of Hasbrock Road in Norwalk was drawn as the first-quarter 2010 mystery photo winner, and received a $25 April bill credit for electricity from the cooperative. Robert was one of 140 entries who correctly identified Firelands' first-quarter mystery photo as the historic Malabar Farm, located in Lucas, Ohio.





Connie Coe of Shiloh was drawn as the fourth-quarter 2009 mystery photo winner, and received a $25 February bill credit for electricity from the cooperative. Connie was one of 52 entries who correctly identified Firelands' fourth-quarter mystery photo as Perry's Victory and Peace Memorial (Monument) in Put-in-Bay, Ohio.






Bernice Nirode of New London was drawn as the third-quarter mystery photo winner, and received a $25 October bill credit for electricity from the cooperative. Bernice was one of 57 entries who correctly identified Firelands' third-quarter mystery photo as The Ohio State Reformatory (OSR), also known as the Mansfield Reformatory, is a historic prison located in Mansfield, Ohio.
