Occupation: Vice President, Commercial and Agricultural Loan Officer at Croghan Colonial Bank in Bellevue. Mr. Schloemer is a graduate of Willard High School, Wilmington College and Ashland University, Mr. Schloemer has served as a Firelands Trustee since 2008. He also is active as the Treasurer for the Firelands Habitat for Humanity, and is a current member of the Sandusky Rotary. Mr. Schloemer is an ACRE Century Club Member.

Occupation: Retired Vo-Ag teacher from South Central High School in Greenwich. Mr. Kreager is a graduate of the Ohio State University, has served as a Firelands Trustee since 1986, and is the current Vice President of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Kreager holds a Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate and is an ACRE Century Club member.

Occupation: Retired from South Central Schools in Greenwich. Ms. Woodworth is a graduate of South Central High School and is the first woman elected to serve on the Board. Ms. Woodworth has been a Firelands Trustee since 1987 and is currently serving as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Trustees. She is an ACRE Century Club member.

Darwin Anderson

Occupation: Retired from Firelands Electric Cooperative as Line Superintendent and current Mayor of New London. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Big Prairie-Lakeville High School. He has served as a Trustee since 1998 and is a Credentialed Cooperative Director and an ACRE Century Club member.

Occupation: Retired church secretary, works part-time at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Ashland. Ms. Beck is a graduate of Madison Senior High School. Ms. Beck was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2004 and holds the Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate. She is an ACRE Century Club Member.

District No. 6 -- Butler, Clear Creek, Orange, Weller, Milton, Mifflin and Madison Townships north of State Route 42.
Larry Messmore

Occupation: Retired from the Timken Company and from farming, currently a member of the Crestview Schools Board of Education. Mr. Messmore is active in the Savannah Lions Club and the Ashland County Farm Bureau. He has been a Firelands Electric Trustee since 1999, and is an ACRE Century Club member.

Dan McNaull, Board President

Occupation: Owner/Partner—Ashland Implement, Inc., a farm and lawn & garden equipment dealer in Ashland. Mr. McNaull is a graduate of Ashland High School and attended the Ohio State University and North Central College. A Firelands Trustee since 1991, Mr. McNaull is the current President of the Board of Trustees. He holds a Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate and is an ACRE Century Club member.

District No. 8 -- Mifflin Township south of State Route 42 in Ashland and Richland Counties
W.E. Anderson

Occupation: Retired chemistry teacher from Ashland City Schools, member of Hillsdale Schools and Ashland West Holmes Career Center Boards of Education. Mr. Anderson is active in the Hayesville Lions Club, is the current Mifflin Township Zoning Inspector and continues to be involved with farming. Mr. Anderson has served on the Firelands Electric Board of Trustees since 2009, and is an ACRE Century Club member.

District No. 9 -- South of CSX rail in New London municipality and New London Township
John Copley

Occupation: Project Manager for Fortney & Weygandt Building Contractors. Mr. Copley graduated from New London High School and Stautzenberger Tech, served in the US Army, and attended the Ohio State University and Ashland University. Mr. Copley has served as a Firelands Electric Trustee since 2006 and is an ACRE Century Club member.
