The Firelands Electric People Fund's Operation Round Up program continues to help individuals, groups and organizations in the four counties served by the Cooperative. Since being formed in 1995, Firelands' Operation Round Up® has helped many individuals, groups and organizations with over $460,000 in grants to local communities

The money Firelands members generously donate each month comes from "rounding up" participating members' bills to the next whole dollar, and the average annual contribution is only $6 per account -- a small amount that can make a big difference in our communities!

Since the inception of the fund, every dollar donated by Cooperative members who contribute to Operation Round Up has gone directly to help those in need. Every dollar donated to the fund goes directly to those in need. The list below summarize recent distributions.
