Common Billing Questions

Firelands Electric Cooperative is not in business to make a profit, so there is no reason to charge more than is necessary to operate. Margins remaining at the end of each year are allocated to the members' capital credits account, and then refunded on a delayed basis. Your cooperative continues to work diligently to provide members with safe, reliable electric service at a competitive cost. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact us here or call 1-800-533-8658.
