Home Rehabilitation Programs
Federal home rehabilitation programs, sponsored by the Ohio Department of Development, are available throughout the state. The Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) offers home rehabilitation and home repair services. The Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) is a residential energy efficiency program that reduces the energy use of income-eligible households.
